These are some of the real questions and misconceptions we’ve come across over the last few years from international companies thinking about doing business with the NHS and private healthcare market.
ZPB has been developing bespoke market entry strategies with companies from around the world for some years now. Last year we were asked by the US Department of Health and Human Services to develop a series of videos introducing entrepreneurs in the US to the UK health system.
And more recently we launched Further, Faster – Digitising Healthcare, an online resource for health tech SMEs of any nationality.
Now, we’ve decided to bring all this expertise together to launch a new initiative for Autumn 2016. ZPB’s first Healthcare Market Study Tour will take place in Manchester in September. The Study Tour is an intensive four-day immersion into the English healthcare market, for international health tech and business intelligence companies (of all sizes) considering exporting their products or services to the NHS or private healthcare market in England.
Through a mixture of classroom learning, visits to some of the North West’s best (NHS and private) hospitals and a specially-curated programme at the NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo, participants will gain an introduction to the market, and make some good contacts along the way. Also included are informal networking dinners and drinks receptions.
