Charlie is an account director for ZPB and brings her years of working in NHS stakeholder comms to her work with TeleTracking. Previously Charlie was at CQC where she was responsible for managing provider engagement with the adult social care and hospitals directorate, advocating the provider voice through co-production events and managing corporate communication channels to keep stakeholders up to date.
Charlie has a sound knowledge of the issues facing the industry, having over eight years’ experience in health marketing and communications working across a range of both health and social care organisations including, regulation, providers to the NHS, including Care UK, and a local authority.
Her previous campaigns include management of local and national NHS 111 go-live advertising, launch communications for new Urgent Care contracts across the UK, engagement for CQC’s ‘Learning, candour and accountability’ review and leading an improvement programme for recruitment and retention of care staff within a local authority.
Since working at ZPB, she has led the Out of Hospital Care Forum for Healthcare at Home, overseeing the launch of two white paper reports which secured national coverage; formed an Advisory Board for Push Doctor with notable membership; and created a Push Doctor Public Forum with involvement from national bodies and charities.
