Matthew Campbell-Hill

Senior Adviser

Matthew works with our digital clients, helping them embrace new technologies and navigate regulatory hurdles including with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. He advises on the design, adoption and regulation of emerging technologies in highly regulated spaces, as well as the communications around their promotion.

A senior fellow in medical technology assessment and adoption, Matthew has reviewed approximately 350 novel medical technologies and advanced pharmaceuticals for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence as well as being the independent board member leading on the rollout of mobile digital apps across the NHS for the National Information Board. Matthew is highly experienced in national and international regulation with multiple senior roles and experience in this space including a former Non Executive Director the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Authority; Chair of the UK Anti Doping Tailored Review; Non Executive Director of the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and Non Executive Director of the DVSA, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency. Matthew was an independent member of the National Information Board 2014-2017.

Matthew is also a BBC-trained broadcast journalist and successful international athlete, with multiple World Cup Medal wins.
