As one of ZPB’s account managers, Rachel manages multiple accounts, adding value to clients through designing and delivering campaigns, strategies and events, making sure they are in line with the client’s business objectives. Rachel uses her creative and intuitive skills to develop some of the following: marketing and comms strategies and plans, data projects, conferences and events, thought leadership reports, email and social media campaigns, PR and communications, surveys, marketing collateral and case studies.
Many of her accounts are working in the realm of digital health, including Ieso and Medic Creations, therefore knowledge surrounding the digital transformation and challenges faced by digital providers is fundamental in her role. She is frequently seen attending many of NHSX events to ensure her clients are kept informed about all the latest developments.
Rachel also supports the operation and delivery of work streams for the Digital Healthcare Council, which is a membership body for digital health providers and prides itself on creating a voice for the industry, working to inform the development of policy and regulation.
Rachel graduated from The University of Kent with a first class degree in Biology and subsequently travelled solo around the world for six months, before deciding to apply her scientific rigour to the pharmaceutical industry. As a project manager for a small pharmaceutical company in Surrey, Rachel experienced the many realms of the industry, which included submitting market authorisation applications, product launches and monitoring the safety of medicines. She has since moved to the big smoke and entered the health and care sector at ZPB, bringing a unique set of skills to the team.
Outside of work, you might find Rachel in the gym, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or brunching at the weekend.
