Our latest publication, Understanding out of hospital dementia care, written and published on behalf of Healthcare at Home Ltd, was recently launched in the House of Lords to a full house.
We pulled together a group of policy makers, NHS leaders, patient and carer representatives, academics, charities and practitioners for a workshop to discuss opportunities and challenges faced by people living with or caring for dementia. This report is the output of that workshop (and a bit more research) and explores an alternative model of care and home-based delivery models.
