Department of Health links our dementia report

The dementia report we wrote and published in May on behalf of Healthcare at Home has been linked on the DH website, in a new section focussed on Dementia entitled ‘resources and best practice.’ The DH website states that the report, Understanding out of hospital dementia care, highlights how a home-based care pathway would improve outcomes for many patients with dementia, whilst reducing the cost to the NHS by up to 25%. Here at ZPB we can’t help feeling a wee bit chuffed – it’s the report that just keeps on giving…
