ZPB appoints Chair to drive further growth in health and care

Healthcare insight and communications consultancy, ZPB Associates, has appointed former Added Value CEO Janine Hawkins as Interim Chairman.

Hawkins was previously Global CEO at Added Value, WPP’s strategic marketing and insight consultancy, and a member of the Kantar Board, their research, data and insight consultancy network.

The appointment comes off the back of ZPB’s seventh year of consecutive growth in the UK health and care space.  Hawkins, a board advisor at ZPB since 2016, will help the business build a clear growth and development plan as it continues to broaden its reach into the UK health market.

Zoe Bedford will continue to lead ZPB, with Alex Kafetz as Managing Director. The business recently appointed Trudie McNicholl as CFO, who has joined from creative agencies including Droga 5 and Sapient Nitro.  ZPB’s original advisors and board members Pam Garside and Jake Arnold-Forster will also take on more involved board roles in shaping the business.
