Exciting news at ZPB headquarters. We recently wrote that PR company, Journalista, had been shortlisted for a PRCA award for their campaign on behalf of Patient Opinion. As part of that campaign we produced this report highlighting what patients think of our NHS – It’s honest, thought-provoking and, as it turns out, award-winning! Journalista waltzed off with the Evaluation award on the night, and of course ZPB were there to celebrate. We kicked back and enjoyed a cheeky tipple or two, before it was back to work the next day with big coffees and bright smiles.
