Arvind brings a wealth of expertise and a visionary approach to primary care in his advisory role at ZPB Associates.
 
With 27 years of experience as a practising GP in both general practice and urgent care settings, Arvind is a founding partner of one of England's most successful GP practices, the Hurley Group, and of the leading online primary care platform, eConsult. Alongside advising several healthcare companies, he continues to work as a frontline clinician.
 
In 2015, he was appointed National Director of Primary Care and National Deputy Medical Director for the NHS in England. In these roles he helped shape and implement national NHS policy, reporting to the Secretary of State for Health and Chief Executive of NHS England.
 
He led the development of the five-year strategy for primary care in England, known as the General Practice Forward View, which introduced numerous initiatives to safeguard and expand the impact of primary care in England. As chair of the national General Practice Forward View Oversight Group, he held NHS England accountable for the successful delivery of this major national programme.
 
His work with eConsult, available to over 26 million patients and now processing over 1 million consultations monthly, demonstrates his ability to scale innovative care solutions.
