What we collect and why
If you contact us through the site, we collect your name, organisation, email address and whatever you tell us, and use it to respond and keep a record of the enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: handling business enquiries.
If you subscribe to our updates, we collect your name, email address and organisation and use them to send you those updates. Our lawful basis is consent, or legitimate interests where you are already a business contact. You can unsubscribe from any email.
We do not sell or rent your information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
Wix, which hosts this site, sets cookies necessary for it to work. We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them through the banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Who else handles it
We use service providers who process information on our behalf under contract, currently Wix, Monday.com and Mailchimp. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on standard contractual clauses with a transfer risk assessment.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 3 years after our last contact with you.
Subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then a short period to record that you have opted out.
Your rights
