We’re looking for a senior account manager passionate about marketing and campaigns to work on some of the most famous brands in healthcare. At ZPB you have the freedom and responsibility to create work that adds value to clients and our business every step of the way. You’ll have the support of an outstanding team at all levels. You’ll work across the entire communications and marketing mix on multi-channel campaigns, creating strategic plans and delivering them alongside partner agencies – evaluating and improving the work as you go.  
 

Our campaigns are award-winning. At ZPB you’ll be able to spread your wings with campaign strategy and design, innovative strategic communications as well as new business pitches and proposals.

 

You are

​

• 5+ years of working across multiple channels including social, earned, and paid-for media, creating content, and managing delivery

• Have proven experience in writing and delivering effective marketing plans, media plans, and communications strategies

• Know how to traffic manage creative, buying, client sign-off, and distribution

• Have strong cost control and budgeting skills

• Strong record of measurement and evaluation such as CPA or brand equity

• Track record of writing winning briefs for creative, digital, and planning partners, as well as managing them to deliver on time and budget

• Experience in negotiating rates with media agencies

• Building and managing work schedules and cost estimates

• Outstanding project management – scheduling resources and managing budgets to ensure the right team is in place, and delivery is on time

• Problem-solve and resolve issues as they arise, working with the senior team as needed

• Able to balance competing demands

• Supporting new business and client growth

• Up for learning new skills and new ways of working

• Constantly keep up to date with products and services, industry innovation and thinking, KOLs, stakeholders, media owners/journalists, and able to use this knowledge to support our clients and your account teams
