The brief
A digital GP provider wanted to engage with national bodies including NHS Digital, NHS England and the CQC to create meaningful relationships.
The strategy
ZPB recruited, established and run an independent advisory board chaired by the former NHS Improvement chairman Ed Smith. Other members include chair of the Christie NHS Foundation Trust Christine Outram and former junior minister MP Nicola Blackwood.
The board members have supported with the following:
Demonstrating a significant improvement in their CQC inspections, from ‘unsafe’ and ‘ineffective’ in 2017 to ‘well-led’ in 2018
Launching a service to NHS partners with contracts across the UK covering over 600,000 NHS patients
Building relationships with senior leaders at NHS England, NHS Digital, CQC, PHE and the Department of Health and Social Care
Increasing visibility and brand awareness with key players in the system through introductions and networking
Launching a service to NHS partners covering over 6 million NHS patients
